Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Broad Street Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our practice. To help us achieve this, we ask that appointments are managed responsibly, allowing us to accommodate all patients fairly.
 

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, you are reserving a dedicated time slot with our team. To ensure fairness and minimise disruption, we kindly ask for sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Appointments of 60 minutes or less: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Appointments longer than 90 minutes: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

Providing adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be in need. If the required notice is not given, £45 per 15 minutes of your appointment will be charged.

In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of the management team.

Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:

  • General appointments & hygienist visits: No deposit is required
  • Appointments lasting 90 minutes or longer: A 50% deposit of the treatment fee is required at the time of booking.
  • Sedation Appointments: The sedation fee must be paid at the time of booking along with 50% of the treatment for appointments 90 minutes or more.

Deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation policy is adhered to. If the required notice is not provided, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
 

Payment Policy

All accounts must be settled prior to leaving the clinic. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers and cash.
Payment plans are available, both interest bearing and interest free options, at the discretion of management and must be approved and signed before starting treatment.
